Notes

Serve immediately, topped with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese. Make the sauce aheadĀ of time and assemble fresh.
Tip: Add diced avocado for a BLAT Salad. To make it a complete meal, mix through shredded chicken or sliced Blackened Chicken (p.99). Feel free to add chopped, boiled eggs. The Russian Dressing (p.9) is also delicious in this pasta salad.
