We already have 2 amazing recipes for Buffalo Wings – one free on the blog and another cooked on the smoker in SkinnyBarbecue. So Grant Neal our resident pit master cooked up the insanely delicious Bloody Mary Wings for our SkinnyAmerica Cookbook – which go perfectly dipped in a creamy Ranch Sauce

We didn’t stop there though – this Ranch Sauce is the perfect salad dressing for our BLT Ranch Pasta Salad too!

Ingredients

  • milk of choice
  • vinegar
  • sour cream
  • Creamy mayonnaise or whole egg mayonnaise
  • dried chives
  • dried dill
  • dried parsley
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder

Instructions

Notes

Serve with Bloody Mary Wings (p.49) and use in the BLT Ranch Pasta Salad (p.30).
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, using commercial mayonnaise (3 days for homemade mayonnaise).
Tip: We recommend making this 1–2 hr early to develop the flavour.
