green cabbage
thinly shaved (or red cabbage)

peeled, thinly shaved

Instructions
Add all ingredients to mixer bowl. Stir for
30 sec/speed 2/MC on
. Scrape mixer bowl down.
Cook for
10 min/100°C/speed 1/MC off
. Scrape mixer bowl down and remove cabbage from around blades.
Cook for a further
20 min/90°C/speed 1/MC off
.
Remove to a jar or thermoserver and allow to completely cool before serving.
Notes
Can be stored in a sterilised jar in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
