Instructions
Add ginger, garlic and onion. Chop for
5 sec/speed 7/MC on
. Scrape mixer bowl down.
Add oil and spices. Cook for
5 min/100°C/speed 1/MC off
.
Add capsicum and carrot, chop for
5 sec/speed 5/MC on
. Scrape mixer bowl down.
Add remaining ingredients except lemon. Cook for
25 min/ 100°C/speed 1/MC off
- place simmering basket on top to avoid splatter.
Season to taste with salt/tamari and serve witha squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
