Add eggs, stock and herbs/spices to mixer bowl, blend for 7 sec/speed 5/MC on.
Add grated zucchini to mixer bowl, stir throug for 4 sec/speed 4/reverse/MC on.
Put wet baking paper over the top level tray of your steaming trays, and pour the egg mixture evenly over it. Sprinkle your chilli if you want to.
Rinse bowl and add 500 g or 17.6 oz water.
Put steaming tray in place and steam for 18 min/steaming temp/speed 4.
