Add ingredients except for cornflour mixture. Blend for 1 min/speed 9/MC on. Scrape the mixer bowl down.
Cook for 5 min/steaming temp/speed 1/simmering basket on top of lid.
Add cornflour mixture and cook for 2 min/100°C or 212°F/speed 2/simmering basket on top of lid.
Blend for 10 sec/speed 6/MC on.

Storage - Keep in the fridge 1-2 weeks. Portion and freeze any leftovers.
