THMD4: Mustard & Herb Roast Chicken

We’ve received a number of recipe requests for a certain discontinued Mustard, Honey & Herb Marinade. This is my version to help transform a simple roast chicken into a flavour sensation. It has a maximum marinating time as using lemon in the marinade will break down the texture of the chicken over time.
