I really wanted to have a Surf & Turf recipe in this book, but good quality steaks aren’t an everyday budget type meal. This recipe captures all the flavour of a great steak with creamy garlic prawns but helps make the steak go a little further to feed the family. If you would prefer to cook steak traditionally, feel free to double the prawns and use it as a steak topper!
