Dinners 3 latest update
29th April – Press check being completed before starting to print the book. See the live here.
8thy May – 1st books are off the press – signing & packing will begin. Books will begin to ship mid next week. This process will take 2-3 weeks. See the live here.

Have I ordered a print book? When do I receive it?
You can check if you ordered the print book but looking at your order confirmation (it will say EBOOK only if ebook only).
If you have ordered a print book + free ebook product including Dinners 3 in
– PRESALE (21 March – 2 April) they start shipping during the period of early- mid May once printed and packed (this is a 2-3 week process)
– PREORDER (3 April onwards) they will be sent mid-late May once presale orders are complete.

Having issues downloading the book
Please allow at least 1 minute for the first time clicking on your download link as this stamps your name and email on the files so takes some time.
Please also try the * Dinners 3 – fast download file as it is a smaller sized file. Ensuring you have good internet.

I cannot locate my download link
The e-Book download link is sent immediately to the email attached to the Paypal Account/Order. There are 3 ways you can access your download link:
- Via the skinnymixers shop email – click on “View Your Order” button within the email
- Via the sendowl download email OR
- You can also login to your skinnymixers customer account to see your list of purchases & download links.
If you still cannot locate a download link: - Go to http://bit.ly/smrecover
- Enter the email address that you used to order the book with.
- If you can’t see the email in your inbox, try checking your Junk Mail folder and searching for ‘SendOwl’
- If this doesn’t work, then it is likely that the order is on a different email address. You can try the above steps with an alternate email address.
Important: If you don’t have access to this email address or think there might’ve been a typo on your order, you will need to contact admin to have it changed manually.

I have purchased multiple books for multiple people – how can they get the ebook link?
When purchasing you can only use one email and one postal address per order. To have the ebook sent to the other people please contact us and advise your order number, the name and email for each ebook. Please note this will send the ebook immediately so please advise if you dont want it sent immediately (ie a gift).

I have purchased multiple books in my order, will they be sent together?
When purchasing multiple books in one order they will be sent together in one parcel.

How can I change my postal address? I have made a mistake with my postal address or will be moving before it is posted.
Please contact us with your order number and new postal address to manually edit the postal address on your postage label for this order (this will not be reflected on your shipping email that will go out).
You will need it changed in your account / future orders please login to your skinnymixers account – (login: https://shop.skinnymixers.com.au/account/login OR if not activated: https://shop.skinnymixers.com.au/account/register) to make these changes.

How can I update my email address?
For the Skinnymixers Shop account – Please first create a new account at https://shop.skinnymixers.com.au/account/register and then contact us so we can merge your old account with the new account.
For the newsletter emails, you can unsubscribe by clicking the link on the bottom of the newsletter emails and then can re-subscribe at https://skinnymixers.com.au/newsletter/ with your new email address.
