Sharing is caring!

Skinnymixer’s Baked Baklava Bites features in the Sweets & Drinks section of the cookbook SkinnyMediterranean. Baklava always sounds complex. But these bites bring the magic in mini form: crunchy, fragrant nuts and flavours of the syrup in a compact, shareable version you’ll want to make over and over.

The Baked Baklava Bites is a cookbook exclusive recipe…

Baklava is definitely the most popular Greek dessert and a popular classic dessert across the Mediterranean and Middle East. I adore the taste but it is definitely not an everyday type dessert – unlike this recipe. These Baked Baklava Bites are perfect to have with your cup of tea or to take as a snack on the go.

All the sweet, nutty flavour of baklava… without the guilt 🍯 These Baked Baklava Bites are packed with oats, nuts, honey, chia and spice.

Don’t stress if you are gluten-free, simply substitute the oats for quinoa flakes.

Loved these so much! The instructions are written a bit awkward and clunky being hard to follow which led to a mistake the first time. It could be edited a bit better for the printed book, but the recipe ingredients are PERFECT. It is now an auto repeat in our house.
