SkinnyMediterranean PRESALE / PREORDER –
If you purchased SkinnyMediterranean between 10th October & 22nd October this was a PRESALE order. Due to start shipping in November once printed & packed.
If you purchased SkinnyMediterranean 23rd October onwards this is a PREORDER. These orders will start shipping once presale orders are complete.

Updated ebook 17th October
17 Oct – Just a quick post to let you know that we have updated our SkinnyMediterranean eBook download file today and those who have purchased may get an email from SendOwl letting them know there is an update. Your original link already has the new file – with 171025 in the filename.
I know some people get worried as the email comes from SendOwl. So this is your head’s up! 🥰
We have updated a couple of recipes based on questions and feedback in the group. Clarified some variations and fixed a typo.
We recommend deleting your old file and using this new file. All printed books will have the updates, when we go to print.

Canada & US Skinnies – You will be able to purchase. Canadian orders we will just hold until strike is over. Australia Post has re-opened to US shipping – we have been figuring out the tariff situation & you are able to order now.

Apple ibook & eBook only product won’t be available until later next week (hopefully the new files will be ready & available on Apple & website Friday 17th). It will be priced as per the other ebooks of same size – approx $39.00.

I cannot locate my download link
The e-Book download link is sent immediately to the email attached to the Paypal Account/Order. There are 3 ways you can access your download link:
- Via the skinnymixers shop email – click on “View Your Order” button within the email
- Via the sendowl download email OR
- You can also login to your skinnymixers customer account to see your list of purchases & download links.
If you still cannot locate a download link: - Go to http://bit.ly/smrecover
- Enter the email address that you used to order the book with.
- If you can’t see the email in your inbox, try checking your Junk Mail folder and searching for ‘SendOwl’
- If this doesn’t work, then it is likely that the order is on a different email address. You can try the above steps with an alternate email address.
Important: If you don’t have access to this email address or think there might’ve been a typo on your order, you will need to contact admin to have it changed manually.

I have purchased multiple books for multiple people – how can they get the ebook link?
When purchasing you can only use one email and one postal address per order. To have the ebook sent to the other people please contact us and advise your order number, the name and email for each ebook. Please note this will send the ebook immediately so please advise if you dont want it sent immediately (ie a gift).

I have purchased a book as a gift – how can they get the ebook link?
When purchasing you can only use one email and one postal address per order. To have the ebook sent to the other people please contact us and advise your order number, the name and email for the ebook. Please advise if you dont want it sent immediately (ie a gift for another time).

I have purchased multiple books in my order, will they be sent together?
When purchasing multiple books in one order they will be sent together in one parcel and e-book link will be one single link.

How can I change my postal address? I have made a mistake with my postal address or will be moving before it is posted.
Please contact us with your order number and new postal address to manually edit the postal address on your postage label for this order (this will not be reflected on your shipping email that will go out).
You will need it changed in your account / future orders please login to your skinnymixers account – (login: skinnymixers customer account to make these changes.

How can I update my email address?
For the Skinnymixers Shop account – Please first create a new account at skinnymixers customer account and then contact us so we can merge your old account with the new account.
For the newsletter emails, you can unsubscribe by clicking the link on the bottom of the newsletter emails and then can re-subscribe at https://skinnymixers.com.au/newsletter/ with your new email address.
