We have gathered some of the Help FAQs as below:

Dinners 4 Presale (April 10-22) Shipping Update

Friday 8th May… way AHEAD of schedule! 🙂 The first shipments books will get on their way. 
We are getting ready with some of the further away presale orders & complex orders to be leaving soon. The team will be busy packing and shipping presale orders for the next 2-3 weeks. Notifications and tracking details are starting to be sent – please do not worry if you haven’t received a notification as these will arrive over the coming few weeks.

Some helpful information if this is your first presale order:
* Due to the volume, we sort by order type and bulk ship the single book orders by State. This helps Australia Post sort/deliver the parcels faster and more efficiently. If you ordered at the start or the end of the presale, they are shipped in the same batches.
* Our team are actively deleting posts in the group that say ‘my book is on the way or my book is here’, this helps to not overwhelm the delicious food being cooked
* If you have any delivery issues, we recommend checking your tracking and opening a case with Australia Post if needed. You should also be able to update your address with them once tracking is received.
* If your book arrives damaged, is marked as missing or something is wrong, please get in contact with our team at admin@skinnymixers.com.au and we will make sure you receive your book
* Preorders (orders April 24th onwards) will begin shipping once presale orders are complete.

I cannot locate my download link

The e-Book download link is sent immediately to the email attached to the Paypal Account/Order. There are 3 ways you can access your download link:

1. Via the skinnymixers shop email – click on “View Your Order” button within the email
2. Via the sendowl download email OR
3. You can also login to your skinnymixers customer account to see your list of purchases & download links.
   If you still cannot locate a download link:
4. Go to http://bit.ly/smrecover
5. Enter the email address that you used to order the book with.
6. If you can’t see the email in your inbox, try checking your Junk Mail folder and searching for ‘SendOwl’
7. If this doesn’t work, then it is likely that the order is on a different email address. You can try the above steps with an alternate email address.

Important: If you don’t have access to this email address or think there might’ve been a typo on your order, you will need to contact admin to have it changed manually.

My link wont open…

The first time you click on the link you will get a spinning wheel. This is due to the stamping of your name & ebook on the book products. It will take a minute (or more in peak times).

I have purchased multiple books for multiple people – how can they get the ebook link?

When purchasing you can only use one email and one postal address per order. To have the ebook sent to the other people please contact us and advise your order number, the name and email for each ebook. Please note this will send the ebook immediately so please advise if you dont want it sent immediately (ie a gift).

I have purchased a book as a gift – how can they get the ebook link?

When purchasing you can only use one email and one postal address per order. To have the ebook sent to the other people please contact us and advise your order number, the name and email for the ebook. Please advise if you dont want it sent immediately (ie a gift for another time).

I have purchased multiple books in my order, will they be sent together?

When purchasing multiple books in one order they will be sent together in one parcel and e-book link will be one single link.

How can I change my postal address? I have made a mistake with my postal address or will be moving before it is posted.

Please contact us with your order number and new postal address to manually edit the postal address on your postage label for this order (this will not be reflected on your shipping email that will go out).

You will need it changed in your account / future orders please login to your skinnymixers account – (login: skinnymixers customer account to make these changes.

How can I update my email address?

For the Skinnymixers Shop account – Please first create a new account at skinnymixers customer account and then contact us so we can merge your old account with the new account.

For the newsletter emails, you can unsubscribe by clicking the link on the bottom of the newsletter emails and then can re-subscribe at https://skinnymixers.com.au/newsletter/ with your new email address.
