Seafood Chowder

Sharing is caring!

Skinnymixer’s Seafood Chowder features in the Chef Specials section of the cookbook SkinnyAmerica.

The Seafood Chowder is a cookbook exclusive recipe…

We have been asked soooo many times for a creamy, potatoey Seafood Chowder. It is finally time!

Inspiration for this recipe in SkinnyAmerica (out 27th Sept) is from the Wharf in San Fransisco.

Thick, hearty, delicious and FULL of seafood. We also have a chicken variation for those that don’t love seafood.

This chowder is quite filling but I can’t go past serving it with some warm crusty bread for dipping or even a bread roll bowl to serve in.

The Thermomix is perfect for cooking chowder, whether it is with potato or the low carb cauliflower version – this recipe is restaurant quality.
