The Watermelon Cucumber Mojito is so refreshing! This one is made on white rum, however, you can also make it on vodka and gin.
If you aren’t a fan of cocktails it also makes a delicious mocktail – using the variation in the cookbook.
What you will need:
- 100% Watermelon Juice – we found the above at Woolworths and also some fruit shops. It isn’t available at Coles. But you can also make your own using fresh watermelon or can swap in other juices.
If you can’t find Watermelon juice it is super easy to make it, check out the Agua Fresca.
