It’s always a fun afternoon when it’s cocktail development time! Somehow it always seems to land on a Friday afternoon in Skinnymixers HQ.

If you would like to make large amounts, heat the lemon juice with the Pomegranate Molasses and honey to form a simple syrup.  

What you will need:

  • fresh lemon juice
  • gin or vodka
  • honey or maple syrup
  • ice cubes
  • Pomegranate Molasses
  • Prosecco or sparkling wine
  • soda water

To Serve (optional)

  • a few pomegranate arils
  • a thin cucumber ribbon
  • fresh mint sprig
