While it’s not necessarily the most traditional Skinnymixer’s type meal, I know that this is still a lot better for you than visiting your local takeaway chicken shop for a burger that inspired this recipe.
For years a certain someone on the Skinnymixer’s team has been begging me for a Skinny Zinger Burger with Pepper Mayo Sauce *cough Sian*.
Well I finally gave in to the constant nagging in our new cookbook The Healthy Mix Dinners 2.
Will it be a blessing or a curse… to be able to make these burgers whenever you feel like it at home?
Only time will tell.
Don’t let the name put you off trying them if you don’t like spicy chicken or Zinger Burgers. You can easily adjust the cayenne pepper in this recipe.
