Skinnymixer’s High Protein Chocolate Mousse features in the SWEETS section of the cookbook The Healthy Mix Dinners 3.
The High Protein Chocolate Mousse is a cookbook exclusive recipe…
There are so many chocolate mousse recipes out there, so I really wanted to create something that could be enjoyed at the end of the evening or breakfast time that was high in protein and low in sugar. I find this is the best way to beat sugar cravings while keeping me fuller for longer. It’s a win-win to me!
This recipe uses unflavoured collagen powder for a massive protein boost with the cottage cheese. It is optional but with it a serve is 18g of protein.
You can buy unflavoured collagen powder from your local supermarket, chemist or health food store.
