My quick bircher has no guilt thanks to leaner choices of whole apple, milk and yoghurt versus cream, sweetened condensed milk and juice. It’s an amazing way to start the day — with your grains, dairy and fruit taken care of in one meal. My kids particularly enjoy this quick breakfast!
