Tip: Mix it up with your favourite fruit. Berries, peaches, cherries, plums, mangoes or pineapple will all work well in this quick jam recipe. Experiment with different spices adding a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg or even chilli! Adjust the sweetness as required.
