How to Stuff a Chicken Breast:
- Check if your chicken breast has a tenderloin and remove it if it does.
- Trim your chicken breast so it is neat and uniform.Using a filleting knife, cut a pocket starting from the thickest part of the breast to half way down the chicken breast.
- Open it up and stuff your desired fillings inside.
