This is my kind of easy weeknight dinner – chicken, orzo, peas, and greens all simmered in a creamy, lemony sauce. It’s fresh, comforting, and tastes like a hug with a squeeze of lemon. If you don’t like peas, you can also use sliced broccolini.

  • brown onion
  • Chicken Stock Concentrate
  • chilli flakes or red pepper flakes
  • cracked black pepper
  • cream of choice
  • fresh lemon juice
  • frozen peas
  • garlic
  • kale

  • orzo or risoni (or small pasta like gluten-free macaroni)
