My favourite Brekky at the moment is this Single Serve Oat Banana PB2 Coffee Protein Smoothie !

Even during the colder months I seem to still stick with the routine of a daily smoothie to start my day with some easy protein.

This Single Serve Oat Banana PB2 Coffee Protein Smoothie is not only delicious but gives me some pep in my step with some coffee.

If you love my Banoffee Smoothie from The Healthy Mix I cookbook AND you love peanut butter… then you will love this breakfast smoothie.

If you are gluten-free and unable to have oats, you can replace it with L.S.A. or half the amount of ground flaxseed.

You can get PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter from the supermarket in the health food section, it is peanuts with some of the fat removed to reduce the calories.
