Ingredients

  • 200 g red cabbage - large rough chop
  • 200 g white cabbage - large rough chop
  • 20 g fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 15 g whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 drops of liquid stevia - or 1/2 tsp honey
  • pinch of cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to mixer bowl, chop for 3 sec/speed 5/MC on. Scrape bowl down and repeat if necessary.
  • Eat fresh or recommended to refrigerate for at least a few hours to let the flavours develop.

Notes

Serves 4 on HCG Protocol. Less than 30 calories per serve.

  1. Added a chopped red apple (green works really well too) for the sweetness instead of honey or stevia

  2. Such a simple salad! I only had green cabbage but still worked well. Perfect side for when you just can’t be bothered to do much. Great for summer bbqs.

  3. Very tasty and easy to make. The mustard was fantastic and really set off the cabbage. This meal was loved by all.
