ALToS: Catalan Seafood Soup
This rustic, intense Thermomix soup recipe, with an explosion of layered flavours, will impress any seafood lover with its generous portions and the added bonus of being healthy and nutritious. While visiting Madrid, a local Skinnymixer, Melissa, took Sarah and I tapas bar hopping. I had every intention of avoiding seafood like the plague, however Melissa insisted that we try out the local octopus. I was so glad I braved it because it was delicious and since then, I have been more open to trying many different seafood dishes and was able to enjoy creating this soup.
