ALToS: Crema Catalana
Crema Catalana was the single most requested recipe when I first announced that I would be doing a Spanish Thermomix cookbook. I learned to cook this creamy dessert in Barcelona and could not wait to get back home to recreate a healthier and easier version using the Thermomix. Similar to a crème brûlée, but with citrus and cinnamon flavours—this dessert can be prepared ahead of time to finish off your Spanish fiesta.
