How Can We Help?
If your Skinnymixers e-Books have disappeared from your iBooks or you have accidentally deleted your download email, you can use the following steps to retrieve your e-Books again. The e-Book download link is sent immediately to the email attached to the Paypal Account/Order.
- Go to http://bit.ly/smrecover
- Enter the email address that you used to order the book with.
- If you can’t see the email in your inbox, try checking your Junk Mail folder and searching for ‘SendOwl’
- If this doesn’t work, then it is likely that the order is on a different email address. You can try the above steps with an alternate email address.
You can also login to your skinnymixers customer account to see your list of purchases & download links. If you have not activated your account before (even if you have bought books before) you will need to create and activate the account.
