The perfect American Pancakes should be thick, fluffy and soft. I am proud to say we absolutely nailed the brief on these!
You can enjoy these with maple syrup, lemon & sugar or butter – but I won’t lie and say I haven’t loved eating them with a side of the Candied Maple Bacon and an extra drizzle of maple syrup or Whipped Maple Butter.
I know it might be hard to stray from your usual pancake recipe, but I promise it will be worth it for the fluffiest pancakes I’ve ever tried out of the Thermomix. We’ve even had some of the testing team using the batter to make the lightest waffles they have ever made!
