    Low Fodmap: Use gluten-free noodles, omit garlic and double the ginger. Halve the snow peas.
  • Crispy Pork Belly Salad – update coming 23/9/23
    Low Fodmap: Omit garlic powder and use garlic infused olive oil. Replace onion with 4 stalks spring onions (green part only) in the dressing and 1 stalk in the salad
  • Miso Caramel Mochi Brownies – new EF variation update 
    Egg Free: 
    Omit eggs. Add butter in step 2. Reduce total cooking time to 40 min or until cooked.
