This is my kind of easy weeknight dinner – chicken, orzo, peas, and greens all simmered in a creamy, lemony sauce. It’s fresh, comforting, and tastes like a hug with a squeeze of lemon. If you don’t like peas, you can also use sliced broccolini.

- cracked black pepper
