We are celebrating the Low ‘n’ Slow American Dreaming Dinner for Tasting Australia with a Sneak Taste of the menu – especially the Bushwacker Boozy Milkshake!
We know everyone isn’t able to come join us for dinner on Thursday May 4th, 6pm at the Vale Taphouse in McLaren Flat South Australia – so we thought we would share a little taste of the menu thanks to Grant Neal & Chef John Rankin!

It is going to be a great night full of great food and drinks, one of the cocktails is this Bushwacker Boozy Milkshake.
We thought it was the perfect recipe for everyone to share in the fun of the event – regardless of where you live! I am very excited to be a guest being able to enjoy all the delicious food and not cooking in the kitchen with Grant Neal & Chef John Rankin.

Ingredients
- 30 g dark rum
- 30 g kahlua
- 30 g crème de cacao
- 60 g light coconut cream
- 60 g milk of choice
- 150 g ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to mixer bowl. Combine for 10 sec/speed 5/MC on. For an icy creation blend for 20 sec/speed 9/MC on.
- Strain ice off (unless blended) and serve topped with whipped cream, shaved chocolate and cherry.
