This is the perfect addition to a meal for people looking for Thermomix Recipes for two people.

This is perfect for those following a low carb/healthy fat or ketogenic diet, but those of you out there who are counting your calories can also reduce the fat in this one by choosing low fat options at the supermarket – or just reducing your portion size! Get this cooking while grilling or frying your protein and veggies and dinner will be ready in under 15 minutes. I hope you all love this Creamy Mustard Sauce Thermomix as much as the kids and I did for dinner!

Love Nik xx

Featured in – Meal Plan: 5 Quick Dinners for a Busy Skinnymixer

  1. I am not a massive mustard lover but always up for trying Nik’s recipes! Glad I did, AMAZING- cooked tonight on steak with bake veg , hubby, almost 4 yr old and hubby’s friend were all as impressed as me.. May even replace the creamy garlic sauce 🙂

  2. Just made this to go over chicken breast for dinner. We are new to LCHF and I’m still not confident with the TMX – this was quick and easy to make whilst the chicken and vegetables were cooking on the stove. It was absolutely delicious! Hubby said ‘definitely happy to have that again!’ Which isn’t a response I usually get with my cooking…!

  3. I tripled the quantity & added a bit of cornflour to thicken it up.
It easily served 12 & i served it with rare roast beef. Yum! It was a great hit

  4. Absolutely delicious! Enjoyed by the whole family, everyone wanted more so will have to double the quantity next time! Thanks yet again for an amazing recipe 😊

  5. I was preparing to cook a perfectly boring meal of grilled chicken and boiled vegetables because I have an abundance of creativity and talent is my middle name. My partner got home and gave me the… ‘not so impressed face’ when I excitedly told him my plans (I know I too was shocked), so giving a rare… care, I had to think quick. After a quick check of Facebook that is. Then, as if I had willed it with all my willing/caring powers, a new Skinnymixers recipe appeared. Hmmm… creamy mustard sauce. Was this to be the answer to my cooking woes? Well all I can say is ‘hell yes’! So simple (perfect for me), so tasty and amazingly a recipe that I had all the ingredients for in my cupboard/fridge. If you are unsure as to whether you will give this one a go, it doesn’t disappoint. Queen Nik has done it again!

  6. OMG!! Sooo yum! Just had this over chicken and the whole family (6 of us) loved it! Even my hubby who isn’t a mustard person, said it was the best! Added honey aswell, going to be a regular!

  7. I made this with Nuttelex and coconut cream as we can’t have dairy. It was delicious did not look quite as pretty but we all loved the flavour. Definitely making this a regular on the meal plan.

  8. So yum! Hubby BBQ’d a chicken breast for me and a steak for himself on the weekend. This sauce went perfectly with both! I added avocado on top of my chicken, which was amazing altogether.

  9. Awesome 😄 Made this for dinner tonight, comment from my brother ‘best meal I’ve had in ages’

  10. Made it this afternoon, and refrigerated until dinner was ready. It reheated beautifully and was delicious on our steaks. Thanks Nik!

  11. Amazing so easy to make and it took huge self control not lick the plate, had with salmon. Another huge win!!!

  12. Made this the other night to make an otherwise boring chicken and veg dinner more interesting and it didn’t disappoint! I’m off dairy at the moment so used coconut milk, which worked fine. So simple and quick so will definitely be making again!

  13. Made this last night to top off my chicken schnitzel, it was delicious! My kids loved it and my husband requested it again later this week on his steak!

  14. Had the sauce over steamed fish and steamed broccoli and sweet potatoes. Yum! And so easy too. I love that the portion is not too much – was just nice for 2 adults, a 4yo and a 22 month old (we drizzled it on).

  15. Had this sauce with corned beef (& skinnymixers Silky Sweet Potato Mash) last night. It was delicious! The garlic clove I used was huge, which made the garlic flavour quite strong so I’ll use a smaller one next time!
