Ingredients
- 100 g 70% dark chocolate - roughly chopped
- 100-130 g coconut milk
Instructions
- Place chocolate into mixer bowl, mill for 10 sec/speed 8/MC on. Scrape bowl down.
- Add coconut milk and cook for 3 min/50°C or 120°Fspeed 3/MC off.
