skinnymixer's Greek Broccoli Salad
This fresh and simple Greek Broccoli Thermomix Salad is the perfect side dish for lunch or dinner. If you wish to decrease the calories and fat further simply omit the olive oil.

Ingredients
- 400 g raw broccoli florets
- 2 garlic cloves - peeled
- 50 g lemon juice
- 15 g olive oil - omit for P2
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tray of ice cubes and water
Instructions
- Pour 300 g or 10.6 oz water in to mixer bowl and add broccoli florets to steaming trays. Steam for 16 min/steaming temp/speed 2 or until al dente.
- When broccoli is cooked, immediately remove to iced water to chill. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Drain excess water and remove broccoli to serving bowl.
- Add garlic to empty mixer bowl, chop for 2 sec/speed 8/MC on.
- Add lemon juice, olive oil (if using) and salt to mixer bowl. Combine for 5 sec/speed 4/MC on. Drizzle greek dressing over chilled broccoli and serve immediately.

At step 1 use ST temp and speed 3 if using an Intelli popping a tea towel over the steaming attachment, and 130°C or 270°F and speed 4 if using a Supercook.
