Pour 300 g or 10.6 oz water in to mixer bowl and add broccoli florets to steaming trays. Steam for 16 min/steaming temp/speed 2 or until al dente.
When broccoli is cooked, immediately remove to iced water to chill. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Drain excess water and remove broccoli to serving bowl.
Add garlic to empty mixer bowl, chop for 2 sec/speed 8/MC on.
Add lemon juice, olive oil (if using) and salt to mixer bowl. Combine for 5 sec/speed 4/MC on. Drizzle greek dressing over chilled broccoli and serve immediately.
