Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 6 egg whites
- 2 small zucchinis - grated
- 1 tsp stock concentrate
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Decent pinch of salt and pepper
- Pinch of paprika
- Dried chilli flakes sprinkled on top - optional
Instructions
- Add eggs, stock and herbs/spices to mixer bowl, blend for 7 sec/speed 5/MC on.
- Add grated zucchini to mixer bowl, stir throug for 4 sec/speed 4/reverse/MC on.
- Put wet baking paper over the top level tray of your steaming trays, and pour the egg mixture evenly over it. Sprinkle your chilli if you want to.
- Rinse bowl and add 500 g or 17.6 oz water.
- Put steaming tray in place and steam for 18 min/steaming temp/speed 4.

Serves 2.
This is designed to be a very low calorie meal, you can up the calories by using whole eggs instead of egg whites or adding butter to the mixture for a perfect LCHF lunch.
Serve with a baby spinach salad.
