The Brie & Caramelised Onion Tart in SkinnyEntertaining uses the Gluten Free Shortcrust Pastry that was lovingly created by Mez.

There is just something about the tang of the Balsamic Vinegar Glaze drizzled over the melty cheese and sweetness from the onions that just makes me swoon 🥰

Don’t worry if you aren’t gluten-free, the pastry works with normal flour too!
