“Everybody cooks rissoles, darl… but it’s what you do with them!” Rissoles were a staple of my childhood, it’s a great way to extend a small amount of meat to feed many mouths – but I wanted to do something a bit different. These were a huge hit in my house!

- green apple
- breadcrumbs - gluten-free if required
- onion powder
- allspice
- Chicken Stock Concentrate
- egg
- flat leaf parsley leaves
- ground white pepper
- dried sage powder - optional
