Freezing tip

You can freeze the gravy for future meals. You can use large size icecube trays and once the gravy is frozen transfer the cubes into a ziplock bag. The gravy is too good to be waisted !! To reheat see the reheating tip in the book .. you can add a bit more water if needed.

  • garlic powder
  • ground white pepper
  • onion powder
  • fresh rosemary
  • brown sugar - or coconut sugar
  • cornflour
  • soy sauce - or tamari or coconut aminos
  • vegemite - or porcini powder + balsamic vinegar
  • Beef Stock Concentrate
