Skinnymixer’s My Dad’s Roast Lamb Dinner features in the Family Favourites section of the cookbook The Healthy Mix Dinners 2. For Dinners 2, we’ve continued the tradition of including some of my family recipes from my childhood.
This My Dad’s Roast Lamb Dinner is a cookbook exclusive recipe…
Growing up, my dad’s roast lamb was my absolute favourite meal and being his favourite daughter, he would always give me the best bits. Of course my Mum would make a delicious gravy out of the drippings too.
Nothing will ever beat my dad’s cooking, but I think that we have done a pretty great job of getting close.
I highly recommend that you make the Roast Vegetable Rub in bulk – it is seriously delicious on roast vegetables and in the Rustic Vegetable Bake.
Once you have the roast in the oven, you can then make the Garlic Green Beans and Basic Gravy in the Thermomix.
Hopefully this Thermomix & regular cooking methods cookbook helps takes a little bit of stress out of dinner time and help answer the question “What’s for dinner?”
