  • chilli flakes or rehydrated dried red chilies

  • fish sauce or soy sauce
  • fresh coriander leaves
  • fresh ginger

    So quick, easy and delicious. I already had everything needed in the house (except shrimp paste so left it out), so whipped this one up in no time. The soup was packed full of flavour and cooked to perfection. I will certainly make again!
