Sian has been begging me to create a Chimichurri recipe for years, I’m not sure she was amused when I remembered that I had written one over 3 years ago and forgotten to blog it. This Chimichurri Salmon Thermomix recipe is in my cookbook The Healthy Mix II.
If you haven’t heard of Chimichurri before, it is of Argentinian origin however many cultures have their own variation of this tangy, fresh condiment which I think you will love.

Chimichurri is amazing on steak and salamon or even chicken!

- garlic
- 1 bunch fresh flat leaf parsley
- fresh basil
- light tasting olive oil
- lemon
- red pepper flakes optional
