Sesame Snaps Thermomix Munchie Bites

These Munchie Bites from The Healthy Mix IV cookbook are seriously delicious and my go-to snack when I am craving something sweet.

Snacks that are friendly to dietary needs aren’t hard to come by these days, but they are expensive to buy and buying them premade takes away your freedom to play around with the ingredients for your personal tastes.

I love that you can either have these chewy by storing them outside of the fridge, or crunchy in the fridge.


These Munchie Bites are great for road trips and keep well not being stored in the fridge.

This sesame seed Thermomix recipe has Low Carb and Low Fodmap variations and can be halved (although I would personally make the whole batch and freeze!).
