This Tropical Coulis with Mango and Passionfruit is sunshine in a jar. Inspired by Mediterranean desserts, it’s a fresh, fruity sauce made from ripe mango, orange zest, vanilla and passionfruit. Spoon it over yoghurt, cheesecake, panna cotta, or even breakfast pancakes.
The Greek Yoghurt Panna Cotta has been so incredibly popular from our SkinnyMediterranean cookbook, that I thought we should have a new Coulis flavour!
This week I asked the Skinnymixers Community which new coulis flavour they would like to go with the Greek Yoghurt Panna Cotta in SkinnyMediterranean.
Currently the recipe has a delicious Berry coulis…

The Coulis Vote was for..
Roasted Figs with Honey & Thyme – rustic, caramelised, and oh-so-Mediterranean
Peach & Amaretto Glaze – a boozy little summer dream
Butterscotch Sauce – rich, glossy, pure comfort
Lemon Curd Sauce – bright, zesty, and the perfect spoonful of sunshine
Tropical Coulis – mango, pineapple, passionfruit… pure holiday vibes
It was a very close vote between the Tropical Coulis and the Roasted Figs with Honey & Thyme…. but the Tropical won! (I was really hoping for the Peach & Amaretto LOL!!!)
