Ingredients
- 200 g | 7 oz red cabbage - large rough chop
- 200 g | 7 oz white cabbage - large rough chop
- 20 g | 0.7 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 15 g | 0.5 oz whole grain mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 drops of liquid stevia - or 1/2 tsp honey
- pinch of cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to mixer bowl, chop for 3 sec/speed 5/MC on. Scrape bowl down and repeat if necessary.
- Eat fresh or recommended to refrigerate for at least a few hours to let the flavours develop.
Notes
Serves 4 on HCG Protocol. Less than 30 calories per serve.
