Ingredients

  • 200 g | 7 oz red cabbage - large rough chop
  • 200 g | 7 oz white cabbage - large rough chop
  • 20 g | 0.7 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 15 g | 0.5 oz whole grain mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 drops of liquid stevia - or 1/2 tsp honey
  • pinch of cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to mixer bowl, chop for 3 sec/speed 5/MC on. Scrape bowl down and repeat if necessary.
  • Eat fresh or recommended to refrigerate for at least a few hours to let the flavours develop.

Notes

Serves 4 on HCG Protocol. Less than 30 calories per serve.
