Thai Beef Salad

Sharing is caring!

Skinnymixer’s Thai Beef Salad features in the Fast section of the cookbook The Healthy Mix Dinners 2.

This Thai Beef Salad is a cookbook exclusive recipe…

Delicious marinated steak cooked to perfection, herby salad bursting with flavour from a sweet and sour dressing… the Thai Beef Salad in our NEW cookbook The Healthy Mix Dinners 2 needs to be added to your must-make, fast dinner list.

Hot tip: I love to marinate the steak and make the dressing before the kids come home from school, to make dinner time even easier.

For all the coriander haters out there, you can replace the coriander with Thai basil.

If you loved the Crying Tiger Beef in our last cookbook SkinnyAsia, you are going to love this recipe.

Hopefully this Thermomix & regular cooking methods cookbook helps takes a little bit of stress out of dinner time and help answer the question “What’s for dinner?” 🥰
