This Overnight oats Thermomix recipe is fantastic for people like me, who when they get out of bed are immediately tending to the needs of everyone else and forget to feed themselves.
This is a wonderful easy recipe – you can keep in the fridge for a fast breakfast.
Every few nights I make a batch of the Overnight Oats from The Healthy Mix for my kids with blueberries, hemp seeds & acai powder.
I mix it in the Thermomix and put it into individual servings in the fridge, so the kids can grab them from the fridge for breakfast.
The Overnight Oats Thermomix recipe is for Fig & Pistachio but you can change up the flavours – cherry, coconut, apple, blueberry, cacao.
