Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes - Sebago or brushed works best
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions

- Wrap each potato in the foil.
Cooking the baked potatoes
- Place in air fryer and cook for 200℃ for 40-50 min, turning halfway.
- Check doneness. Potatoes should feel soft when squeezed and a knife should slide right in.
- Slice open, fluff with a fork and add your favourite toppings.
Notes
- Before wrapping in alfoil but after seasoning - Microwave for 8-10 min, then air fry for 15-20 min without wrapping.
