  1. Just made this. Omg. Why on earth did it take me this long. Just a gorgeous dish.
    Flavoursome and fresh. Kids enjoyed this too. Next time I’ll sub out the rice for cauliflower and put more chicken to lower the carbs. Really delighted with the outcome and how easy it was.
