Potato Bake Thermomix

Who doesn’t LOVE a potato bake? For those of you who have grown up with your mum using a packet of French onion soup mix, this Potato au Gratin Thermomix recipe captures the nostalgia without the additives and preservatives.

Sian has been begging me for a Potato au Gratin for years and I had promised to include it in A Little Taste of France. I’m so glad I took on the challenge, I love having this healthier additive free potato bake to serve my family. The kids absolutely LOVE the Potato au Gratin!

For the best results I highly recommend using a mandoline slicer to get the potato paper thin.

  1. Yuummm! Only came here to check I had the ingredients and thought I would be nice and leave a review because the last batch was to die for xx

  2. I made the Potato version for my partner and I had a low carb version. However I had no cauliflower left so I used some sliced mushrooms. Sliced florets of broccoli and some shredded cabbage. Layered up the same as recipe. It came out beautifully
