Skinnymixer’s Flatbread Thermomix Recipe (Gluten-free, yeast-free) is the perfect recipe to release leading into the launch of our NEW Thermomix Cookbook: The Healthy Mix Dinners 2.

This super easy Thermomix recipe for Flatbreads is super easy and only requires 4 ingredients.

They are the perfect flatbreads to make your own KFC style Pepper Mayo Sliders or are equally delicious used with the Parmesan Chicken Tenders or Yiros Meat.

The New Parmesan Chicken Tenders with Special Sauce are AMAZING with these!

When you are making this Flatbread recipe, the dough will be sticky and soft! But it will produce very soft, fluffy flatbreads.

Our recipe testing team have tested a Gluten-free version using a straight swap with Gluten Free Self Raising Flour – we recommend Orgran brand.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Greek yoghurt - (dairy-free if required)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 500 g Self Raising Flour - (SR gluten-free if required)
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to mixer bowl in the order listed. Mix for 10 sec/speed 4/MC on.
  • Knead for 1 min/kneading/MC on
  • Rest covered for 30 min.
  • The dough will be sticky, portion into 10-12 balls.
  • Preheat a fry pan on a medium high heat. Take a ball of dough and on a lightly floured surface, flatten with your hands/rolling pin to be 10-12 cm and approx. 2mm thick.
  • Pan fry for 1 min each side or until cooked.
